Lori J. (Ross) Bultemeier

Lori J. Bultemeier, a beloved wife, caring mother, and cherished member of the community, passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 58. Born on March 17, 1965, in Hannibal, MO, Lori was the beloved daughter of Richard and Donna Ross.

Lori's passion for life and warm nature touched the hearts of all who knew her. Lori had a deep love and appreciation for nature and spent much of her time surrounded by its beauty. She enjoyed reading, the serenity of camping trips, and enjoyed horseback riding and spending time around horses. Her green thumb graced her garden with vibrant flowers and lush foliage.

Professionally, Lori worked as a regional manager for Aladdin’s Castle and other arcades. Later in  her career she worked for Security First Title Company searching title loans and records.

Lori's family was the focal point of her life. She shared a deep bond with her husband, Jim Bultemeier, whom she supported and loved unconditionally. Their journey was filled with shared experiences, laughter, and unwavering support for one another. The love and joy Lori brought into the life of their daughter, Skye Bultemeier, were immeasurable.

In this time of profound loss, Lori's memory will forever remain in the hearts of her husband, Jim Bultemeier, her father, Richard Ross, and her daughter, Skye Bultemeier. She will also be deeply missed by her extended family, friends, and all those who had the honor of knowing her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Ross, and sister, Lesli Ross.

A celebration of Lori's life will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m., Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded following the celebration. Inurnment will take place in the Avon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Shriner’s Hospital. Moore Memorial Home, Avon, is handling the arrangements.
