Wilford L. Anderson

Wilford L. Anderson, 82, of Avon, IL passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020, at Graham Hospital, Canton, IL, 11:34 a.m.  He was born Wednesday, August 3, 1938 in Middle Grove, IL the son of Earl and June (Douglas) Anderson.  He married Rose A. Carlson on March 5, 1956 in Burlington, IA; she preceded him in death on August 8, 1999.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Jeff (Vicki) Anderson, Rick (Lecia Simpson) Anderson, Vicki (Drew) Tabb, Roger Anderson and Fred Anderson; 7 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren; one brother Dennis (Carolyn) Anderson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and 1 sister (Gloria).

Wilford loved to fish and enjoyed going snow mobiling.  He was an avid hunter.  He loved his motorcycle.  He also loved his dogs, they had to be hounds blue tick especially.
