Susan was born August 17, 1951 in Harvey, Illinois, the daughter of Robert and Helen Burka Black. She was born and raised in the borough of Manhattan in New York City, New York.
Cremation rites have been accored. There will be a memorial service at 6 P.M. Friday, January 25, 2013 at First Christian Church, Monmouth. Burial of ashes will take place in Homewood Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Homewood, IL. Online condolences may be left at www.hooverhall.com
