Martha A. Musser, 71, of Macomb, IL passed away Tuesday June 27, 2017, 10:40 p.m. at the Roseville Rehab and Nursing Center Roseville, IL. She was born on December 3, 1945 in Independence, MO the daughter of Charles and Olive (Walker) Hanford. She married Richard L. Musser on August 1, 1969.
Those left to cherish her memory are two sons Richard O. (Sue) Musser of Macomb, IL and W. Spencer Musser of Albany, NY, and one son-in-law Ozzie Ercan; 5 grandchildren Marc, Madelin, Samantha, Zeytin, and Ronan; one sister Charolotte Manginelli. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 daughter (Ann E. Musser-Ercan).
She had a lot of love for life. She was a teacher and enjoyed people of all ages. She and her husband hosted many foreign exchange students. She was an artist and enjoyed music and was a great cook.
Cremation rites have been accorded services will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family ask that we develop a scholarship for young student scientist interested in cancer research or a medical related field.
