Jennie W. (Willie) Heflin

Jennie W. (Willie) Heflin died March 7, 2021 at 3:35 am at Seminary Manor in Galesburg, Il.  She was born September 16, 1932 in Mercer County the daughter of William E. and Abigale I (McCormick) Shannon.

She is survived by her daughter Kathy L. Crawford of Galesburg, Grandson Paul (fiancé Barb) Dolan, grandchildren Karrina and Adley Crawford, Rory and Jackie Heflin: 10 Great Grandchildren; One great great grandaughter; Brothers Ansel Shannon, Rod Shannon, Dyson Shannon, Stan Shannon; sister Mary Reaves; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents 5 sons, 1 son in law, 2 sister, 1 granddaughter, 3 sisters in laws, 4 brother in laws.

She was a waitress for many years.

Funeral will be held Sunday March 14,2021 at 2:00p.m. at the Wise Family Funeral Home in Alexis Il.  Visitation will be held two hours prior.  Burial will be in Alexis Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Jennie Willie Heflin Memorial Fund.  Due to Covid 19 regulations masks are required and social distancing will be observed.  Online condolences may be made at www.wisefamilyfuneralhome.com .
