Evelyn Harrison

Evelyn Harrison, 92 of Alexis, IL passed away Sunday October 30, 2016, 10:53 a.m. at the St. Mary's Medical Center Galesburg, IL. She was born Sunday October 5, 1924, in Roseville, Il the daughter of Eddie and Mildred (Burkett) Anderson. Evelyn was raised and educated in New Windsor, IL, graduating from New Windsor High School in 1942. She married Dallas Harrison On November 1, 1942 in Missouri, he preceded her in 1986. They spent most of their married life in Alexis, IL where she was a member of the Alexis Presbyterian Church and the Alexis Woman's Club

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters Marsha Fowler of Clearwater, FL, and Debra (Tom) Pugh of Alexis, IL; grandsons John Allen, Rick Allen, Scott Allen, Troy Welty and Bradly Ryner and granddaughters Randi Latzke, Stacy Brown and Lisa Vaughan; great grandchildren Alex & Cassidy Latzke, Kamden Boone, Adalyn Vaughan, Kai Ryner, and Robert & Jamie Umphryes; great great grandchildren Allen, Summer, Buck, and Jonathan Welty. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 daughter (Vicki Wyatt), 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Funeral service will be Friday November 4, 2016 10:30 a.m. at the Alexis Presbyterian Church Alexis, IL. Burial will be in the Viola Cemetery Viola, IL. Visitation will be Thursday evening November 3, 2016, 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Wise Family ~ Hoover Hall Funeral Home Alexis, IL.
