Bonnie L Taylor, 79, of Roseville, IL, passed away at 5:20 p.m., Sunday, May 1, 2022, in her home. She was born April 4, 1943, in Goldsboro, NC, the daughter of Lloyd and Helen (Johnson) Danielson.
As a lifelong artist she was always seeing the beauty in everything around her. Her warmth and acceptance of everyone was her way of making sure you knew that you belonged. She was the glue that held a huge extended family together...making her a mother to many. Showing them how to truly love by her forgiveness, generosity, kindness and of course lots of hugs. She took interest in the passions of others and always encouraged you to pursue them. She lived each day with love, passion, and grace. As a family we were able to spend the final moments with her enjoying stories, listening to music, and letting her know just how much she is loved and cherished.
Like many artists, her finished and unfinished works will live on forever.
Surviving Bonnie is her husband, Robert Taylor; 5 children, Teri Ellingham, Joseph Taylor, Steven Taylor, Tony Taylor, and Chris Taylor; 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 sister Vicki Dougherty.
She married Robert Taylor on October 29, 1966. She worked as an office manager in the manufacturing industry.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and 1 son David Hines.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Roseville Baptist Church fellowship hall.
