Anne Elizabeth Catherine Williams

Anne Elizabeth Catherine Williams 97 of Prairie City, Il passed away April 11, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at the Roseville Rehab and Healthcare Center in Roseville, Il.  She was born November 15, 1923 in Volmer, Alberta Canada.  The daughter of Karl Fredrick and Susan (Woulfe) Aust.  She married Alfred C. “Mickey” Williams May 9, 1944 in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.  He preceded her in death March 2, 2000.

She is survived by her daughters Barbara (Donald) Kennett of Fisherville, KY and Cindy (Butch) Wise of Roseville.  7 Grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.  Sisters Mary Malick and Marianne Glazer of Edmonton, Alberta Canada, Barb (Terry) Garvey of Vancouver, Canada Brother Abe (Margaret) Human of Surrey British Columbia Canada.

Preceded in death by her parents, Husband, two sons Charles “Dub” Williams and Grant “Pete” Williams, three brothers, and one sister.

Raised in Busby, Alberta Canada, married and moved to Missouri for five years.  She and her husband moved to Prairie City, Il in 1950 where she has lived since.  She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Bushnell, Il.

Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Avon Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Heart Association.  There will be no visitation.  Online condolences may be made at www.wisefamilyfuneralhome.com .  Wise Family Funeral Home in Avon is in charge of arrangements.
